Life defining moments

The Accident

My life-defining moment came in the form of a severe ATV accident that left me permanently handicapped and it was my fault. Although it forced me to face countless surgeries and challenges, it also shaped me into a resilient, resourceful, and accountable individual. I embraced the unique opportunities from my situation, spending extra time with my father learning the oil business in northeast Ohio, and exploring technology during my recovery. This experience taught me the true meaning of hard work and making the most of what I have.

Farmer First

Growing up on a Midwest farm, my life was defined by resilience, self-reliance, and hard work. I took animals to the county fair every year, learning the importance of responsibility and care. Managing our family's 200 head of cattle for beef production taught me valuable lessons in commitment, perseverance, and the rewards of hard work. These experiences have greatly influenced my character and drive in both personal and professional aspects of my life.

College Years

During my time at university, I decided to pursue dual majors in philosophy and computer science. Philosophy nurtured my critical thinking skills, teaching me to question assumptions, analyze complex ideas, and communicate effectively. Meanwhile, computer science introduced me to the exciting world of technology, programming, and problem-solving. The combination of these two fields provided a strong foundation for my future endeavors, equipping me with the ability to think deeply and innovate in a rapidly evolving world.
